Snow Day??

Finally the forecast called for snow and we all participated in the snow dance last night...Matt and Sam to get out of work and school and the kids and I just want some snow to go and play in! Well by 5 am it was lightly snowing with a forecast of 2 to 4 inches during the day. By 5:15 the county made an announcement to cancel school for the day. Matt was already at work but was allowed to leave around 8:30. It looked beautiful out and very promising. The roads were beginning to be covered....now it's 2pm and here's what it looks like outside...a mere inch (maybe). But...there is another wave of the storm that should be coming through during the afternoon/evening hours. We'll see! It's definitely nothing the weather Jodi is dealing with in Wyoming.

Our sidewalk is completely covered but you can still see the grass poking through.

The roads...merely slushy and wet.
